1. Eligibility and accounts
The marketplace is designed for junior professionals who want to present project evidence and be discovered for early career or freelance opportunities. Junior accounts use a passwordless code sent by email.
Employer, client, recruiter, and visitor accounts are not available at launch. Visitors can browse public profiles without signing in.
2. Junior profiles and public content
Junior account holders control the profile information they submit, including profile fields, availability, portfolio links, project descriptions, and whether a profile is published. Published profile content is visible to visitors.
Juniors should only publish accurate content they have the right to share and should avoid placing private personal data, confidential work, or third-party secrets in public profile fields.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- submit false, misleading, discriminatory, harassing, or unlawful content;
- impersonate another person or organization;
- scrape, spam, probe, disrupt, or overload the service;
- upload malware, secrets, or content that violates another party's rights;
- send contact requests unrelated to a genuine opportunity or introduction.
4. Platform-mediated contact requests
Visitors contact juniors through a marketplace form. The form asks for sender details and an opportunity message so the junior can decide whether to respond. The service does not publish the junior's personal contact details through the public directory.
The marketplace may reject, rate-limit, or withhold contact requests that appear abusive, automated, unsafe, or unrelated to the service purpose.
5. Moderation and suspension
The operator may review public profiles, contact-request activity, and account behavior to protect the marketplace. The operator may hide content, pause contact delivery, suspend accounts, or remove access where the service is misused or legal risk is identified.
6. Intellectual property
Juniors keep ownership of their profile content and project materials. By publishing a profile, a junior gives the operator permission to host, display, and technically process that content for the marketplace.
The marketplace interface, branding, code, and service materials remain owned by the operator or their licensors unless stated otherwise.
7. Availability and responsibility
The service may change, experience downtime, or contain errors. It does not guarantee jobs, contracts, introductions, candidate suitability, or hiring outcomes.
Within the limits of applicable law, each person is responsible for checking information and opportunities before making agreements or sharing data. junior-jobs is not a party to agreements between visitors and profile owners.
8. Changes to these terms
The operator may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. Material changes should be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel, with the updated date shown on this page.
9. Applicable law
Use of the service is governed by applicable Argentine law, without limiting the rights of consumers and data subjects.
