junior-jobs administers this website and the information needed to provide the service. For questions about personal data, write to hola@junior-jobs.site.
2. Data collected
The marketplace may collect and process:
- authentication email addresses for junior magic-link sessions;
- junior profile fields such as name, role, location, availability, project descriptions, stack, and links submitted by the junior;
- contact-request sender details, including sender name, reply email, organization or project, opportunity type, and message;
- technical logs and service metadata needed for hosting, security, debugging, abuse prevention, and reliability.
3. Purposes
Data is used to:
- authenticate junior account holders and maintain sessions;
- publish and manage junior-controlled public profiles;
- deliver platform-mediated contact requests to the relevant junior;
- protect the service from spam, abuse, and unauthorized access;
- operate, troubleshoot, and improve the marketplace.
4. Public and private visibility
Published profile fields are public. Unpublished profile records, authentication details, and contact-request sender details are intended to remain private to the account owner, the operator, and necessary service processors.
Visitors should not submit sensitive personal data in contact requests. Juniors should not publish private information they do not want visitors to see.
5. Sharing and processors
The marketplace uses Supabase for authentication, database, session handling, and related infrastructure. It uses Vercel for hosting and deployment. These providers may process data as needed to deliver the service.
Contact notifications are delivered using Resend. Project links may generate screenshots through Microlink. These providers process the data needed for those functions; external links are subject to their own policies.
6. Retention
Profile data is retained while the account is active. Contact requests and technical logs are retained as needed to operate the service, handle requests, and meet legal obligations; they may be deleted when no longer necessary.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Deletion may be limited where a legal obligation requires retention.
7. Security
The service uses passwordless authentication and hosted infrastructure controls to reduce risk. No system can guarantee absolute security, and the operator should maintain appropriate access controls, monitoring, backups, and incident response procedures.
8. Rights and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by writing to hola@junior-jobs.site. You can also unpublish your profile from your account.
9. Children
The service is intended for adults. If an account belonging to a minor is identified, it may be suspended and a request to delete its data may be handled.
10. Changes
The operator may update this policy as the product, providers, or legal obligations change. The updated date on this page should reflect the current version.
